This unique cementitious tanking slurry can be used below ground where water pressure is encountered within building structures such as cellars, bunds and other below ground areas.

CBP Tanking Slurry is a premixed formulation of plastic modified hydraulically setting powder. When mixed with water and SBR Bonding Agent it can be applied to a masonry substrate to form a monolithic bond, blocking the passage of water as well as becoming an integral part of the structure.

SBR Bonding Agent should be used as a primer between coats and diluted 3:1 in the gauging water. This will create a structural waterproofing system commonly referred to as tanking within the industry.

In certain circumstances we recommend the use of Salt Neutralisers where there is evidence of Salt infestation in the area to be tanked. Fillet Seal and Rapid Setting Plug are also available for pressure areas where the wall meets the floor and where there is running or weeping water. CBP Fillet Seal is usually used where wall meets floor. This product gives added flexibility and water proofing qualities at vulnerable pressure points, including corners where wall meets wall. It can also be used for re-pointing or filling gaps prior to the first coat of CBP Tanking Slurry.

Plaster membrane is a studded polypropylene membrane with a special mesh welded to one side which can be fixed to damp, contaminated walls using plaster plugs. The mesh can be plastered allowing a dry plaster finish without risk of contamination from damp or salts in the wall. It can also be used externally for protection against penetrating damp.

This safe and easy to use water based epoxy paint may be used extensively in waterproofing situations on the positive or negative side of a structure.  Also capable of resisting foot traffic, ideal for waterproofing garage and domestic floors without re-laying expensive membranes and screeds. A two coat application is all that is needed for a tough waterproof finish, ideal for use in swimming pools, ponds, waterfalls and water features.

Available in white, grey and clear from stock, we can manufacture any colour to order (subject to minimum quantity). Application by brush, roller or airless spray.
